Please use the form below to submit your summer holiday requests. Choose one holiday you want off, one you want to work and a third holiday which you understand you may need to work. This year our summer Holidays will be two days off. For Memorial day, it will be Sunday May 24th and Monday May 25th. For the Fourth it will be Saturday July 4th and Sunday July 5th. For Labor day it will be Sunday September 6th and Monday September 7th. Thanks.
