Option A – Enroll in person at NWH
This option allows you to register fingerprint authentication to expedite prescription writing. Lisa Geller recommends highly.

Option B – Remote
Meet with an enrollment supervisor remotely to complete two-factor authentication with your cell phone. Available Tues. – Thurs., 9 am – 5 pm from Sep. 16 to Oct. 30.

- NOTE: Remote enrollment will require a camera, microphone and keyboard. Providers must be on camera and present a valid ID (Northwell and another form).
- Fingerprints cannot be enrolled remotely, only phones.
